Craig
(Jimmy) Edwards
lives in the Adelaide town of Craigmore, South Australia. Craig began
Dxing in the late eighties and teamed up with Dave Onley at Willow Creek
in South Australia. Dave & Craig began exploring the South East
Coast of Australia for Dxpedition sites. Their trips to Woodside, Cape
Otway and the Meningie Hotel are legendary. Craig is most known for
his fine Century against the All Stars team at the MCG (Meningie Cricket
Ground) in 1998. In the same match he was responsible for crippling
Dave Onley with consecutive left arm thunderbolts that hit him in the
throat and goolies. He has been Chief Editor of SDC and is a European,
African and Asian specialist on the Broadcast Band. Craig is also a
very accomplished Tropical Band and Shortwave Dxer. He is also a connoisseur
of anything that is alcoholic.
